Fees, Rebates and Referrals for 2024
50 minute appointment with Dr Nadia Boscaglia or Dr Kymberlie Preiss - $280

50 minute appointment with Mr Chris Winkler - $260
(Medicare rebate of $137.05, out of pocket cost ~$123)
50 minute appointment with Mr Kane Gough or Mr Connor Sweeney - $250

50 minute appointment with Ms Coreena Jackson, Ms Charlotte Chapman, or Ms Imogen Melgaard - $200

Clients referred by a General Practitioner (GP) or a Psychiatrist may be eligible to receive Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To claim a Medicare rebate, the GP will need to complete a Mental Health Care Plan and a brief referral letter, both of which must be brought to the first session. Your eligibility for a Mental Health Care plan is determined by the GP.
Clients without a GP referral are very welcome to book an appointment, however the Medicare rebate is not available without a Mental Health Care Plan. If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be able to obtain a rebate from your insurer, depending on your level of cover. Please contact your private health insurer to check whether you are covered for psychology.
For in-clinic appointments, cash, credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted. For telehealth appointments, direct deposit or secure online payment processing can be used.
Clinical Reports
Our report fees are in line with the recommendations of the Australian Psychological Society as outlined below:
1-2 pages short report - $228 + GST
2-3 pages short report - $300 + GST
3-4 pages standard report - $368 + GST
4-5 pages standard report - $434 + GST
5-6 pages extended - $563 + GST
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we ask you to please let us know before 10am on the business day before your appointment. This means, for Monday appointments, to please let us know before 10am on the Friday. If you do not cancel/change your appointment within this time period or fail to attend your appointment, you will incur a $100 (inc. GST) fail to attend fee.
Supervision Services
Supervision with an AHPRA Endorsed Supervisor is $230 (+GST) per 50 minute appointment.
Dr Nadia Boscaglia, Dr Kymberlie Preiss, Mr Kane Gough, and Mr Chris Winkler are approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide supervision for those in the Clinical Registrar Program. They have extensive experience supervising clinical registrars, provisional psychologists, and qualified psychologists at all levels of development.
